What is it?

Vitamin A offered by Genetic Eve, is a crucial nutrient stored in the liver, known as retinol or retinoic acid. This vitamin plays a vital role in supporting healthy growth, cellular division, vision, immunity, and reproductive functions. Vitamin A encompasses two forms—preformed vitamin A from animal sources like dairy and meat and provitamin A from plants. While both types benefit the body, some individuals may prefer or need a non-animal-derived source, which Genetic Eve's Vitamin A provides.

How does it affect the body?

Vitamin A, in its various forms, actively supports multiple bodily functions. Its antioxidant properties aid in combating free radicals, harmful compounds linked to diseases like cancer and heart disease. Acting as a protective shield, antioxidants within Vitamin A safeguard cells from free radical damage caused by environmental factors like age and exposure to chemicals in air and food. Furthermore, this nutrient contributes to vision health by reducing the risk of age-related vision decline, preventing night blindness due to deficiencies, and potentially mitigating age-related macular degeneration. Additionally, Vitamin A assists the immune system by supporting the production of white blood cells that combat infections. Moreover, it plays a role in bone health, with deficiencies correlating to higher risks of bone fractures, emphasizing its importance alongside other nutrients like calcium and vitamin D.

How will it make my body better?

Genetic Eve's Vitamin A serves as a pivotal support system for various aspects of health. Its contribution to vision health, immune system function, and bone health are notable, especially when one's diet may lack sufficient vitamin A-rich foods. By providing the recommended daily allowance of this nutrient, this supplement ensures optimal bodily functions. However, caution is necessary as excess Vitamin A storage in the body can have adverse effects. Consulting a healthcare professional before supplementing is crucial to determine the appropriate dosage and prevent any potential health risks associated with overconsumption.

What does it pair well with? Pairs well with Genetic Eve's Liposomal Citrus C and NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine).
